Any of our Bella Systems Custom Closets locations supports one of the industry’s best warranty coverage. Simply put: we cover defects in our work through the time you own your home. Our closet solutions are designed and built to last, and that’s why most of our business is driven by repeat customers.

Installation:

• Installation, by any of Bella Systems Custom Closet Company’s locations, includes the cost of professional installation for this project in this proposal. Our installation crew will build the system as per the plan included in our proposal. This includes the permanent mounting of all storage systems, and top pinning of floor mounted systems to avoid tipping hazards.
• Existing closet shelving & poles: We will remove existing shelving, closet rods or wire shelving from the workspace as part of our scope of work. We also will apply (1) one coat of spackle to fill any screw/nail hole left from the removal of these items.
• Please Note: We do not provide any painting or touch up painting. Should you desire to paint the space we recommend this to be done at least 24-48 hours prior to the installation. This also can easily be accomplished after we have completed the install.

Materials:

• We use the finest quality of materials in our projects. At a minimum, all vertical panel and shelving will be made from ¾” material or greater.
• All edge banding will be 2mm.
• Draw boxes will be constructed of ½” material or greater.
• All drawer slides will be full extension.
• All material and hardware finishes will be as specified in the proposal.

Warranty:

• Bella Systems Custom Closets’ component parts are warranted to the original purchaser for as long as they own the product. This warranty covers the products manufactured by Bella Systems in their original installation (without being moved once it is installed) against defects in material and workmanship. The word “defects” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair its use.
• This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of storage system component parts having defects. If a part is defective as per the terms of the warranty, Bella Systems will repair the defective part or furnish a replacement part at no cost to the original purchaser.
• This warranty specifically excludes defects that result from intentional damage, negligence, installation by anyone other than a Bella Systems installer, reinstallation or relocation of the system after initial installation, unreasonable use or exposure. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
• Bella Systems Custom Closets’ lighting, accessories & battery operated parts are warranted for 1 year from time of installation.
• All mattresses carry a 10 year NPR warranty. All product warranties apply under conditions of normal use for the stated, intended purpose of the product.
