Joe Lonardo founded Bella Systems, with a vision to build a scalable, customer-focused custom closet and storage company. What began as a local operation has grown into eight locally owned locations across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and beyond—serving the East Coast with premium organization solutions.

Beyond custom closets, Bella Systems now offers garage flooring, home offices, murphy beds, and comprehensive home storage systems. Joe’s passion for technology drives the business, from advanced 3D design tools and full CRM automation to AI-enhanced customer service and
marketing—delivering efficiency and a seamless experience.

A leader in the industry, Joe has served on the board and as past president of the Association of Closet & Storage Professionals (ACSP). When not golfing or innovating, he dedicates time to local charities—particularly supporting the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide
(SPTS)—and mentoring young professionals through his network.

Mary plays a key role in supporting the client experience at Bella Systems through her work in client support and account management. She coordinates design consultations, schedules installation appointments, and manages important operational tasks that help ensure projects move smoothly from initial planning through completion. Mary also oversees quarterly reporting and assists with account coordination that supports the broader team.

Known for her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Mary helps maintain the high standard of service Bella Systems provides to every client. Her ability to keep schedules, communication, and internal processes aligned makes her a valuable resource to both clients and the Bella Systems team.

Joanna serves as the Director of Sales & Operations at Bella Systems, where she plays a central role in guiding both the company’s growth and day-to-day operational success. With extensive experience in custom closet and storage design, Joanna oversees the sales process while managing production to ensure each project moves seamlessly from concept through installation.

She leads the training and development of Bella Systems’ design team, sharing her expertise in closet design, construction methods, and design software while helping maintain the company’s high standards for quality and client experience. Joanna also plays an integral role in launching new Bella Systems locations, providing hands-on training and operational guidance while supporting teams across all areas of the business as needed.
